1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.3. Gizlilik

1.4. Fesih ve Askıya Alma

1.4.1. HalaGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services without notice at any time due to the occurrence of an event arising from network collapse or cessation of maintenance provision.

1.4.2. In using the Services provided by HalaGo, the Client must not engage in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions or take any actions that could impair or damage the Network. When the Client breaches this obligation, HalaGo may suspend the Client’s use of the Service.

1.4.3. All bundles offered by HalaGo are intended exclusively for use by human Clients. These bundles must not be utilized within any automated system. In situations where usage within automated systems or by non-human entities is requested, the Client must contact Customer Support and request special bundles. Any violation of this usage restriction may lead to the termination of the agreement.

1.5. İade ve İptal politikaları ve yönergeleri

1.5.9. 2. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

2.1. By joining the HalaGo Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner will recommend to their users HalaGo products through their unique affiliate link.

2.6. HalaGo reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Affiliate Partner in writing at least five days prior to their implementation.

2.7. HalaGo reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Partner’s participation in the Affiliate Program under the following conditions:

2.10. The Affiliate Partner can track their commissions at any time using the online daily reports provided by HalaGo.

2.11. HalaGo provides access to an API for the Affiliate Partner to use.

3. REFERRAL PROGRAM

3.1. By participating in the HalaGo Referral Program, the Partner (hereinafter referred to as “Advocate”) can earn free data for every person who purchases their first HalaGo product using the Advocate’s unique referral link.

3.6. For any issues or further assistance, the Advocate and the referred friend can contact HalaGo support.

3.7. The Advocate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the HalaGo Referral Program. Misuse or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of rewards.

3.8. HalaGo reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Advocate in writing at least 5 days prior to their implementation.

4. DISCLAIMER

4.1. The materials on the HalaGo website are provided “as is”. HalaGo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, HalaGo does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4.2. Network operators in countries could be changed by the HalaGo without notice.

5. LIMITATIONS

5.1. In no event shall HalaGo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on HalaGo Internet site, even if HalaGo has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. REVISIONS AND ERRATA

6.1. The materials appearing on the HalaGo website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. HalaGo does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. HalaGo may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. HalaGo does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

7. LINKS

7.1. HalaGo has not reviewed all the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by HalaGo of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
